The purpose of measuring, testing and diagnosis is early warning and applying immediate remedy against dynamic malfunctions of machinery, which, if not rectified in time, lead to degradation failure and extensive damage.

Irregularities, such as internal damages of electric motors, toothed gears, disturbed flow
in pumps or fans, cavitation, damaged coupling, insufficient greasing or faulty bearing, if not timely detected, will inevitably ruin the machinery.
Checkings of dynamic conditions being in accordance with the ISO 10816-3 standard.
Results are computer printed.
State-of-the art measuring equipment in used. PRUFTECHNIK brand System 2 – Centralign and Optalign Plus for laser measuring. Vibrospect FFT and Vibscanner for measurements of vibrations. Results are computer – processed and printed in English or Polish.

Prices for preventive diagnosis (bearings and general conditions) depend on number of bearings being assessed, “measuring path” for preventive diagnosis need prepare separetly.

Price of regulation shims (up to 74 kW) – 5,00 € for 1mm of thicknes.
Regulations are made by customer’s workers and with their tools, under the supervision of serviceman, other way + 50 %.

A lowest rate for the first commenced 8-hrs day of measures amounts to:
Surcharge for night hours and holidays – 25% plus transport and accomodation costs for two person.
