procedure we work with.
01. the buyer needs to submit a letter of intent (loi) & bcl or bank endsored loi and send it to the seller with all the necessary requirement details.
02. seller will forward you with full corporate offer (fco) which the buyer will signed & sealed the same forward the same to seller indicating that the buyer has accepted the terms and conditions of fco which needs to be incorporated in the final agreement.
03. after the seller has received the signed fco, a draft contract will be issued to the buyer reflecting the agreed terms in the fco. buyer study the same and revert back in case of any further amendments to the contract and after necessary amendments, final contract is signed.
04. sellers open non-operative performance bond to the buyers bank and buyer instruct his bank to open operative letter of credit in order to activate the performance bond.
05. finally the shipment commence as per the mutual contractual agreement
